Electronic Arts, commonly known as EA, is rolling out an exclusive playtest for their new game, City Life Game with Friends, as part of their ambitious project, The Sims Project Rene. This limited-time playtest is your golden ticket to dive into EA's latest venture and provide valuable feedback on gameplay and player interactions.
Where Is the City Life Game with Friends Playtest Available?
The playtest is exclusively tailored for Android enthusiasts, but there are some prerequisites. Your device must be running at least Android 12 and should have a minimum of 4GB of RAM. Unfortunately, it's not a free-for-all; only selected participants can join the fun.
Mark your calendars because the playtest runs until April 4th, 2025. However, the end time varies by region: it's 7 PM UTC, 6 AM AEST in Australia, and 3 AM PHT in the Philippines. Once the clock strikes, the game will be unavailable, and you'll need to uninstall it from your device.
Keep in mind, this isn't the final version of the game or even a full representation of what's to come. It's a sneak peek into EA's experimental journey with The Sims Project Rene, showcasing the potential direction they might take.
What’s in Store?
Once you're in, you'll dive into a vibrant world where you can craft a character that truly reflects your style and mood. The neighborhood is alive with activities waiting for you. From snagging new outfits at the Thrift Shop to unwinding at the Café, there's always something happening. You can also contribute to community events, making your mark in the game.
Collaborate with others to organize block parties, make wishes at the plaza fountain, and embark on a quest for hidden collectibles. The game is designed to foster social interaction and community building, focusing on your interests in art, music, or engaging conversations.
If this sounds like your kind of adventure, head over to the Google Play Store to participate, provided you're in one of the designated playtest regions. And if you're not, stay tuned for our next update on Bandai Namco's decision to discontinue PAC-MAN Mobile as it celebrates its 45th anniversary.
