Fans of Dungeons of Dreadrock rejoice! The highly anticipated sequel, Dungeons of Dreadrock 2: The Dead King's Secret, is making its way to mobile devices. Following its November release on the Nintendo Switch, this puzzle adventure will launch on Android on December 29th.
This second installment in the trilogy expands upon the original's Nordic-inspired world of Dreadrock Mountain. While the first game followed a young woman's quest to rescue her brother, Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 casts players as a priestess of the Order of the Flame, tasked with uncovering the legendary Crown of Wisdom.
The sequel deepens the narrative, reintroducing the original heroine and revealing her previously untold backstory and crucial role in the unfolding events. Prepare for 100 meticulously crafted levels filled with intricate puzzles, perilous traps, and eerie enemies. The game maintains its signature tile-based movement and eschews inventory management and random number generation (RNG), offering only occasional hints to guide players.
Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 is now available for pre-registration on the Google Play Store. If you relish challenging puzzle games with a touch of dungeon crawling, this is one to watch. While visually similar to its predecessor, the sequel introduces new monsters and gameplay mechanics.
