Botany Manor's PlayStation Debut Set for January 28th
Originally slated for a December 17th, 2024 release, the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 versions of the critically acclaimed puzzle game, Botany Manor, have been rescheduled for a January 28th, 2025 launch. This delay, announced by publisher Whitethorn Games, aims to ensure a polished and optimal player experience.
Developed by Balloon Studios, Botany Manor charmed players on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC upon its April 2024 release. The game, praised for its relaxing gameplay and clever puzzles centered around cultivating magical plants, earned widespread acclaim, boasting an impressive 83/100 average score and 92% recommendation rate on OpenCritic.
While the new release date has been confirmed, a PlayStation Store page remains absent, meaning pre-orders are not yet available. The game is expected to be priced at $24.99, consistent with other platforms, and will be a one-time purchase without microtransactions. The digital soundtrack, available separately on Steam, is unlikely to be offered on the PlayStation Store.
Adding to the PlayStation's puzzle game lineup, Botany Manor's arrival will mark its completion across all initially planned platforms. Balloon Studios' next project remains unannounced. January 28th will also see the PlayStation releases of Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Sone of Madness.
