Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and hallucinations. The player regains control after a cutscene.

Locating the Security Desk

Explore the crash site until you find a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator. Activating the elevator triggers a zombie transformation of the mannequins. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call from the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Obtaining the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Document locations: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a central table near a noticeboard, and one in the cafe near a sink. After placing the documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to obtain the Green Card.

Securing the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Find the glass chamber with camera stands; the Blue Card is nearby. Interacting with it spawns a Mimic; shoot moving objects to lure it out and eliminate it. Collect the Blue Card.

Retrieving the Red Card

From the security desk, proceed to the East Wing, following red carpets to stairs. You'll find a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, jump into the pool, and swim through the red tunnel. Climb the ladders, eliminate zombies, and unlock the door using the blacklight code.
