One of LEGO’s most anticipated Pokémon collections is set to become one of its priciest releases ever, with a retail price hovering around $650.
According to LegoLeak on Reddit, the largest upcoming set in the series features 6,838 pieces and will be priced at $649.99. The medium-sized kit includes 2,050 pieces and retails for $199.99, while the smallest version contains just 587 pieces and costs approximately $59.99. All three sets are reportedly designed exclusively for ages 18 and up.
If these details hold true, the collections will launch on March 1, 2026, with LEGO Insiders receiving early access starting February 27.
LEGO officially announced a "new multi-year partnership" with Pokémon back in March. While few specifics were shared at the time, the company highlighted a special Pikachu tail and teased: "Electrify your imagination in 2026 and get ready to build something we’ve never built with LEGO bricks before!"
"Since the debut of the Pokémon franchise, fans have dreamed of becoming Pokémon Trainers, and now they can take that experience even further... one brick at a time," the promotional text read. "This new partnership will bring the world of Pokémon to life in entirely new ways, allowing fans to build beloved Pokémon in LEGO brick form."
LEGO’s collaboration with Nintendo has also been highly successful over recent years. To celebrate the 33rd anniversary of the original Mario Kart, IGN has compiled all currently available LEGO sets based on Mario Kart. You're welcome.
