Assassin’s Creed Shadows (AC Shadows) has not only met but exceeded expectations with its launch. Ubisoft proudly shared on the game's official X (formerly Twitter) account that AC Shadows reached the 1 million player mark in a mere 15 hours post-launch.
Currently, AC Shadows holds the title of the top-selling game on Steam. Data from SteamDB shows that the game achieved an all-time peak of 41,412 concurrent players on March 20. The community's reception has been overwhelmingly positive, with the game earning a "Very Positive" rating on Steam, where 82% of the reviews are favorable.
