Dell recently launched its new Alienware Area-51 lineup of gaming PCs, which are now available in two configurations. Both feature an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K and GeForce RTX 5080 GPU, starting at $4,449.99. Keep in mind that these systems are available for pre-order, with delivery expected by the end of March.

New for 2025: The Alienware Area-51 Chassis

Dell unveiled the new Alienware Area-51 gaming PC at CES 2025. The chassis design closely resembles the 2024 R16 system, with some minor aesthetic and cooling updates. The I/O panel is now located at the top of the case, and the tempered glass window spans the entire side panel, eliminating side vents. Air intakes are positioned at the bottom and front, promoting a positive airflow design that reduces dust accumulation inside the case. The internal components have been refreshed, including a new motherboard, faster RAM, and a more powerful power supply to support the latest CPUs and RTX 50 series GPUs.
