Razer's 2025 Blade 16 and Blade 18 gaming laptops, initially exclusive to Razer.com and Razer stores, have begun shipping with deliveries starting in late April. The Razer Blade 16 pricing begins at $2,999.99 for the RTX 5070 Ti model, $3,499.99 for the RTX 5080, and $4,499.99 for the RTX 5090. The Razer Blade 18 is currently unavailable.
Razer Blade laptops are recognized for their superior construction. Their unibody aluminum chassis is remarkably thin and lightweight for gaming machines. This sleek design is enabled by Razer's proprietary cooling technology, which uses a vacuum-sealed, liquid-filled copper vapor chamber to manage heat efficiently. Similar to Apple's MacBook Pro, extensive engineering justifies their premium positioning against mainstream competitors.

We've reviewed an RTX 5090 mobile laptop.
Our testing confirms the RTX 5090 as the new top mobile GPU, though the performance gain over its predecessor is modest. On average, the RTX 5090 is roughly 5-10% faster than the RTX 4090. The performance difference becomes more significant with DLSS 4 enabled.
RTX 5090 Mobile Review by Jacqueline Thomas
"If you already own a capable gaming laptop, the RTX 5090 offers a minor upgrade over the excellent last-generation model. However, for those seeking a new high-end system, features like multi-frame generation and enhanced battery performance make laptops with Nvidia's latest GPU a solid choice."
