The Iași Bilet app simplifies your public transport experience in Iași. This travel portal, provided by the Iași Public Transport Company, offers a range of features to make your commute easier.

Purchase tickets conveniently using your bank card, plan optimal routes, and track buses, trams, and trolleys in real-time on an interactive map. After creating an account and linking a transport card, you can easily top up your card balance online, buy new subscriptions, or extend existing ones. Manage multiple cards from a single account and review a detailed transaction history.

Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles directly within the app, submitting supporting documents for approval. Once approved, you can purchase discounted or free tickets. Businesses partnering with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.

Receive notifications on your device or via email regarding ticket purchases, upcoming expirations, or other card actions. The app's route planner uses real-time vehicle locations to find the best route from point A to point B, whether starting from your current location or a custom location. Save frequently used locations for quicker access.

The app provides real-time tracking of your chosen vehicle, including notifications for line changes. View complete or directional line routes on the map, save favorite lines, and receive alerts about service disruptions. Search for lines, view real-time vehicle locations, and check arrival times at specific stations (showing the next three arrivals for each line).

Locate nearby ticket sales points on the map and view their operating hours. The app is available in Romanian and English.
