In 2017 A.D., the organization known as Chaldea, responsible for observing Earth's future, confirmed a dire prediction: human history would be eliminated in 2019. Suddenly, the future promised in 2017 vanished without a trace. The questions of why, how, who, and by what means remained unanswered.

In A.D. 2004, in a certain provincial town in Japan, an unprecedented region that could not be observed emerged. Suspecting this anomaly as the root cause of humanity's extinction, Chaldea initiated its sixth experiment—time travel into the past. This forbidden ceremony involved converting humans into Spiritrons to send them back in time. The objective? To intervene in events, locate, identify, and destroy the space-time Singularities.

The mission's classification is an order to protect Humanity: Grand Order. This is the title bestowed upon those brave enough to stand against the currents of human history and battle fate to safeguard mankind.
