How to play the Carcassonne civilization board game online?

The game board is a medieval landscape that players build tile by tile as the game unfolds.

With 72 tiles in total, the game begins with one tile face up and the remaining 71 shuffled and placed face down for players to draw. Dive into the ultimate tabletop experience and emerge victorious in the war for Carcassonne.

On each turn, a player draws a new terrain tile and must place it next to tiles already on the board.

Place each new tile so it continues the layout of adjacent tiles: roads must connect to roads, fields to fields, and cities to cities. If you love tabletop games or enjoyed board games growing up, this popular and fun board game is perfect for playing with friends.

After placing a tile, the player may choose to deploy a "follower" or "meeple" on one of the tile’s permitted slots. Followers cannot claim any area connected to or extending a section already claimed by another player.

The game concludes when the final tile is placed. At that point, all features—including fields—are scored based on each player's follower placements. The player with the highest score wins the game of Carcassonne.

How does the scoring system work in the fun board game Conquer of Carcassonne?

This is the evolution of board games—featuring fast-paced matches and an automatic scoring system.

During gameplay, cities, cloisters, and roads (but not fields) score points immediately upon completion. Fields are tallied only at the game’s end.

If multiple players have followers in the same completed area, the one with the most followers there earns the points. In case of a tie, all tied players receive the full points.
